(1999-2002 & 2012-2014), Macronix on nonvolatile memory tech. (since 2004), MediaTeck on 60GHz mmWave tech. (2007-2009), GPM on PICA Technology (2016-present), PowerChip on MRAM tech.(2017- present). Ministry of Science and Technology sponsored National Taiwan Univ.- IBM Q Quantum computing Center – 20 qubits Q.C. system applications in science and commercial fields (2019-present)
